The following tables describe the typefaces and symbols used in this manual.

Output | is data generally display or presented by the computer |
User Input | is text or commands that you type, contrasted with on screen computer output |
| is the text on a button, used to describe what button to click | |
| indicates the name of a menu or tab that takes you to specific options | |
| > | describes which buttons to click and the order to click on them for a specific action to occur: for example > says to click on the menu named "File" and then the Menu item named "Print". |
